Our Manifesto
A network for builders who ship.
We're engineers, designers, and makers in Accra building the next wave of products from Ghana. This isn't a networking group. It's a workspace.
Every message should add value. No fluff, no "thoughts?" without context, no self-promotion disguised as conversation.
Share your messy V1. Post the broken prototype. We'd rather see your WIP than wait for your press release.
Document your process. Write the tutorial you wish existed. Your failures are someone else's roadmap.
The Rules
These aren't suggestions. They're how we keep signal high and noise low.
- No "Hello" Messages. Don't send "Hello" and wait. State your question or context immediately. We're async-first.
- No Unsolicited DMs. Ask permission in a public channel first. Cold DMs for sales or spam = instant ban.
- No Low-Effort Promo. Share your work, but lead with the story: what you built, how, what you learned. Drop a link with zero context = message deleted.
- Give Before You Take. Answer questions. Review someone's PR. Share a resource. Build reputation before asking for favors.
- Respect the Craft. Critique the work, not the person. Be direct, not dismissive.
